Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many customers give us a key, door code or lockbox. You can save access instructions securely in your account; your crew only sees them around the time of the visit.
What do I need to provide?
Nothing. Our crews bring all supplies and equipment. If you prefer we use your own products, just add a note to your booking.
How is the price calculated?
By service, home size, bedrooms, bathrooms, condition and extras, with a discount for recurring plans. You see the exact price before booking; some services are confirmed after a quick review.
When is my card charged?
Nothing is charged when you book. We place a hold shortly before each visit and charge it once the cleaning is complete. Businesses can also pay by monthly invoice.
